About The Class

A 1.5-2.5 hour lively and information-packed discussion with 5-10 participants, sharing ALL of the most important wisdom that I have collected over these past 2 decades about optimizing your pelvic health! You have 2 options — host a Pelvic Party (great fun! Think: Appetizers and Cocktails?! Tea Party? Costume party — come dressed as your favorite pelvic organ?! . . . Limitless possibilities!!) OR … you can enroll individually (taking the class along with 4-9 others at my PT clinic — Flex Physical Therapy, in Bothell, WA). Along with a portfolio of essential pelvic health information, you will also be provided with my favorite “Bladder Behave!” Exercise (including complete Kit and specific instructions in how to use it). While you are welcome to invite women of a variety of ages (15 and older) to your Pelvic Party, you may want to consider an age-specific group For All Ages.

CLASS/PARTY LOCATIONS
I primarily provide classes/parties/consultations in the Puget Sound area (up to 1 hour driving radius from Bothell, WA) but I may be willing to travel on occasion.

Payment

SCHEDULING & PAYMENT
To schedule a Class or Party, please contact me directly at VaginaDialoguesPT@gmail.com. Classes $150 per person and are available on Saturdays and Sundays at Flex Physical Therapy in Bothell. For Pelvic Parties, we can negotiate a time on a Wednesday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday. To secure your enrollment in a Class, payment is to be made in full, in advance. For hosting a Pelvic Party, the same is true, having your friends reimburse you for their tuition (or not? such a gift!). And because more women make for MORE FUN, with 8 attendees, your tuition as host is free and your friends attending the party receive a 20% discount ($120 per person). AND with 10 enrolled, you each save a whole 30% ($100 per person); and again, host enrolls for free! Professional Consultations are $150 per half hour, $250 per hour.

CANCELLING AND RESCHEDULING
Because you now know how I know how full and crazy life can be, you can reschedule your class up to a max of 3 times within 6 months of first enrolling (only once with less than a week’s notice) without losing your payment. I will need at least 48 hours notice for any cancellation or reschedule.
